What Is Coaching?

Coaching is forward momentum.

Coaching is about figuring out where you are now.

It’s about practicing being present, because that is where some really beautiful things can happen.

You get more comfortable sinking into vulnerability, leaning into self-compassion, and giving yourself space to explore who you are and what you need to feel whole.

Coaching is personal growth.

Take a moment and imagine your best life. Who are you in that moment? How do you feel? What are you doing? Who is around you?

Now, what do you need to be that version of yourself?

Coaching is about helping you build that roadmap to yourself, for yourself.

The above definition is very basic and meant to help you better understand how coaching is distinguished from therapy, especially if you’re unfamiliar with professional coaching.

Trust is important to coaching, so I want you to feel comfortable as you consider how (or if) coaching might be right for you, and if I might be a good fit.

If phone calls are not in your comfort zone, I get it! Fill out this form and we can get started that way.
